A few years ago, JBC developed a five-year plan for the renovation of all its stores. One of the key elements of this project was to improve the customer journey in the store.

JBC is a leading Belgian clothing chain with fashion for the whole family. The name of the store chain is formed by the initials of the founder, former cyclist Jean-Baptiste Claes. In 1975 he started the first store in Schulen, Limburg.

The entire signage concept is managed by our software, allowing general, segmented and local content to be displayed on the screens. JBC headquarters also has the ability to track all the ins & outs of the signage in real time. Just think of hardware, software, storage, content, planning, user management, updates…

A few years ago, JBC developed a five-year plan for the renovation of all its stores. JBC asked Digitopia to jointly devise and launch a new type of store where all customers can enjoy a complete digital experience.
