Crelan is the new bank created from the merger of Landbouwkrediet with Centea. Together with a new name, a new communication and brand experience was also developed in which digitization and customer experience are central. Digital communication on screens is an important part of this. Crelan has two main objectives with this project. On the one hand, they want to move away from the classic and old-fashioned posters in the shop windows with digitization. On the other hand, they want more customer experience at the office.
Engagement
The focus of this project is entirely on the right experience through shop windows to “give the offices more charisma”. Our designers turned this project into a real "content innovation" project. Together with Crelan's marketing team, we tackle the question: How do you convert the agency's campaigns (paper) into good and efficient screen communication, taking into account the context of the office, the screen and the passer-by. We take the position of digital content specialist to think along and brainstorm about the digital appearance of the new campaigns.
