Smile Invest joins Digitopia and launches dgtgroup

Digitopia, market leader in digital signage and smart office solutions in Belgium, welcomes Smile Invest as majority shareholder. This strategic partnership marks an important milestone in Digitopia's growth strategy and offers new opportunities for expansion nationally and internationally. Founder Jan Bussels and his experienced team will remain actively involved in the company and co-invest in the transaction. Under the new group name dgtgroup, the operations of Digitopia, Centomedia, Aviniti, and Thisplays2 will be merged.

Thanks to this consolidation and the partnership with Smile Invest, dgtgroup is well-positioned to realize its ambitions. With a focus on a buy-and-build strategy, the group aims to grow into a market leader in Digital Signage and Smart Office Solutions across the Benelux and Europe. A key component of this strategy is the further rollout and positioning of Centoview, an advanced Digital Signage Content Management Software (CMS) solution that helps businesses communicate efficiently and effectively.

With a team of 45 enthusiastic and experienced employees, dgtgroup is committed to providing customers with innovative solutions that offer complete peace of mind. The group offers a comprehensive package of full-service digital signage, interactive solutions, and collaboration tools.
