Elevated shopping convenience because of digital signage solutions in revamped INNO Woluwe

The INNO shop in Woluwe Shopping Centre has undergone an impressive transformation. In addition to restyling, this includes major changes to the shop layout. Like the previously renovated department stores, INNO Woluwe is thus evolving into a premium department store with an exclusive look and unprecedented comfort for shoppers.

Armin Devender - CEO of INNO Speaks

With the remodeling of our department stores, we are building step-by-step toward the strategic repositioning of INNO. Our clear positioning at the luxury level in the perfume department is complemented by premium fashion and mainstream brands where the customer desires. We are very pleased to now offer our own brands. Thanks to our new owners and the support of Åhléns, we are filling a gap in our assortment. Following the excellent results of recent years, we expect favorable results again for the recently concluded fiscal year."

New Store Layout, New Brands

Each department has its own ambiance and character, with seating areas, plants... INNO is an inspiring environment that stimulates all the senses. Alongside the fresh new look, the layout of the department store has been significantly changed. Some departments have been greatly expanded, while others have moved to a different floor.

Elly Zwinnen, Merchandise & Marketing Director Speaks

On one hand, the store architecture and decor focus on experience. On the other hand, the omnipresent digital screens guide and inspire our shoppers throughout the entire department store.

Omnichannel That Works

INNO is the only department store in Belgium with a wide range of premium and mainstream brands. The chain has been an integral part of the retail landscape in all major Belgian cities for almost 127 years and has been a trusted partner for Belgians in their daily lives for generations. With inno.be, INNO has also been a leading player in Belgium's online retail market since spring 2021. INNO provides Belgians with an omnichannel shopping experience where online and offline shopping comfort complement and strengthen each other.

Digitalization Makes Shopping Easy

Besides the tastefully decorated seating areas, this comfort is largely provided by the omnipresent digital screens. These guide shoppers smoothly throughout the department store.

  • Touchscreens near the escalators and elevators clearly direct customers
  • Screens above aisles and near central checkout counters inform customers of interesting promotions and offers
  • Inspiring videos in window displays bring the store ambiance outside
  • The luxury brands hosted by INNO also communicate with customers via screens

In short: while shoppers casually wander from department to department, the screens digitally guide them along the way. Thank you, INNO, for your trust in our expertise!
